Yes. Most of our members started deconditioned, nervous, or coming back after long breaks. Every workout can be scaled: we adjust weights, reps, and even movements so you can train safely at your current level while progressing week after week.
You’ll meet a coach, talk through your goals, injuries, and history, tour the gym, and go through a short workout adjusted to your level. We’ll then walk you through the best next step—Foundations, group classes, or personal training—if it feels like a good fit.
No. We offer simple month-to-month memberships. We’re confident you’ll love training here, so we focus on earning your business every month instead of locking you into a long agreement.
Wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. If you like, you can also bring a small towel. We’ll handle everything else, including warm-ups, coaching, and cool-down.
With proper coaching and smart scaling, CrossFit can actually make your joints and back feel better by building strength and stability. Our coaches will screen your movement, modify anything that doesn’t feel right, and progress you at an appropriate pace.
