Questions we get all the time

New to CrossFit? You’re exactly who we built this gym for. Here are answers to the most common questions we hear.

I’m out of shape. Can I still do CrossFit?

Yes. Every movement can be scaled—lighter weights, simpler variations, or different rep schemes. Your coach will meet you where you are and adjust the workout so you’re challenged, not crushed.

Do I need experience before my first class?

No prior experience is required. We recommend starting with our free intro class, where we’ll walk through basic movements, answer questions, and find the right path for you.

How long are classes?

Most CrossFit classes are 60 minutes including warm‑up, strength/skill work, conditioning, and cooldown. We also offer express classes at select times.

What should I bring to my first class?

Comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and training shoes. Show up 10 minutes early so we can show you around and chat through any injuries or concerns.

Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes. Several of our coaches are certified in nutrition and can help with simple, sustainable strategies to support your training and lifestyle.
